We ship within the United States only and do not currently ship internationally. GhostVue products are not available for shipment to California, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental U.S.

GhostVue warrants the product against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

GhostVue’s dimensions fit most vehicles. Check your plate area against the product dimensions before ordering to confirm fit. GhostVue does not include mounting screws. Use license plate hardware that matches your vehicle’s factory specifications, sized 1 inch longer to accommodate the cover’s thickness. Screw covers are included and fit most standard screws, but are decorative only. They do not fasten the cover to your vehicle.

Yes. GhostVue can be removed and transferred, as long as the new vehicle is compatible.

GhostVue is designed to install without damaging your vehicle when installed and removed according to instructions.

Yes. GhostVue is designed for visibility in a variety of lighting conditions, including direct sunlight and nighttime use. Its Clear Mode provides a crisp, transparent view of the license plate, helping maintain readability without haze or fogginess.

Trust and Security
Can someone else connect to or control my GhostVue?
Can someone else connect to or control my GhostVue?
Another person can connect to the device only when it’s in charging mode or after the current owner selects “Forget Device” in the GhostVue app. Once connected, the new user can control the device through the app.
